While in this nourishing and relaxing three-hour workshop, you will practice timeless traditions to address balance and vitality within your whole self.
The practice of Yoga Nidra; a guided meditation in Savasana, has many benefits including increased serotonin and decreased cortisol and adrenaline in the body. This helps to counteract the effects of stress, anxiety, and even trauma. It is a practice that brings balance to every system of the body, all while you simply relax in your awareness.
During this afternoon workshop, each layer of self will be nurtured, taking you progressively deeper into calm, peace, balance and relaxation. Release layers of tension and stress, replenish your own vitality and experience the true radiance of your being.
