We will practice timeless traditions to address balance and vitality in the whole body and being, in a nourishing and relaxing 3-hour workshop.
The practice of Yoga Nidra; a guided meditation in Savasana, has many benefits including increased serotonin and decreased cortisol and adrenaline in the body, helping to counteract the effects of stress, anxiety, and even trauma. It is a practice that brings balance to every system of the body, all while simply relaxing in awareness.
During this afternoon workshop, each layer of self will be worked with, taking you progressively deeper into calm, peace, balance and relaxation. Release layers of tension and stress, replenish your own vitality and experience the radiance true of your being.
