I am currently on an extended sabbatical from teaching in a weekly public setting. As I reconnect with my own practice and consider how I want to share yoga in the future I will post all intentional offerings and upcoming opportunities to study with me in pop-up classes or more in-depth settings such as workshops, trainings, one on one, or my upcoming retreat in Portugal.

“My flow style is a natural blending of influences, combining intuitive and evolutionary vinyasa, 5 elements sequencing, alignment-based cues, and the strength and rigor of a power class. I honor my traditional background in ashtanga AND my non-traditional sensibilities, through an emphasis on experiencing foundational postures, but with creative transitions and spontaneous moments of integration and meditation. I believe that these traditional postures only get better when practiced through the filter of modern anatomical thought and modification. I like to sequence in a way that keeps my students engaged and present, while delivering and safe and powerful physical experience. Intentional breath is the biggest gift of our practice, and I allow enough time to breathe with awareness and depth as we flow.”
