Chaturanga, that most challenging and often least explained posture, will be demystified in this 2.5 hour workshop. We'll go over proper alignment, stretching & strengthening exercises, as well as common transitions into and out of chaturanga, and how to navigate them safely and sustainably. We will finish with an extended Svasana meditation to rest and restore the body.
