This 3 hour workshop will seek to answer the three questions: What is Yoga Nidra? Why do we do it? How does it work? We will delve into the basics and details of this fascinating and deeply healing practice. Following a group discussion, the effects of Yoga and Yoga Nidra will be absorbed in the body through one hour of Pranayama & Asana practice and about 45 minutes of blissfully restful, rejuvenating Yoga Nidra. You will leave feeling informed, inspired and refreshed on all levels. It is an experience not to be missed!
